This is a complete Summer training program that will offer you two weekly workouts and the best riding route for that workout. These are coached training rides that will help motivate you to get stronger and give you on the bike individual attention that you need to reach your potential and achieve your goals. The rides are designed to be progressive throughout the summer so that you will continue to challenge yourself, and avoid any plateaus in your training.
You will develop a variety of cycling skills throughout the summer which will include time-trialing, hill climbing, sprinting speed, paceline riding, bike handing skills, endurance riding, nutritional strategies, and warm-up/flexibility routines.
This program is open to all - Power meter or not You can ride using a heart rate monitor, or just go “old school” like Eddy Merckx with no technology at all, just a desire to get stronger. The program will help you get fitter, faster and stronger if you come to each ride willing to do “your best”.
