PowerCycling is a specialized training program offered by Marc Mueller, owner of Heart of a Warrior. Marc founded Heart of a Warrior, a personal training and spinning studio in 1999 to provide athletes of all abilities a place to develop fitness, performance and a healthy, holistic approach to life.
