“I had been riding and racing mountain bikes for years and thought I was fit. That was until I started the Power Cycling and CycleOps training with Marc and found a whole new gear.”

-Brian Turner

You will perform the Performance Training Series rides in our private studio on the CycleOps PT300, equipped with a PowerTap. Each ride will have a specific purpose whether it’s to build endurance, develop your lactate threshold, increase your VO2Max, or become a better sprinter. Cost: $25 per ride

Ride at Home:
Follow the series in the comfort of your own home. We'll email you your weekly rides and all you do is send us the file of the ride after your done. We will then analyze the data and discuss the results with you so you know where you were strong and areas you need to still work on.
     16 Ride Series: $249

The goal of the Performance Training Series is to increase your Power Threshold, which we determine during your Performance Test . The series is progressive, pushing the body and its limits just enough to create improvement, much like increasing weights when weight training to build strength.

The rides in the series are a lot like riding with a stronger cyclist where you have to work hard – physically and mentally – to hang onto their wheel. It takes focus, concentration and perseverance. If you lose that, even for an instant, you’ll get dropped.

As you progress, you’ll find that the higher Power Threshold you have developed will translate into you becoming a faster, stronger, more confident cyclist.

Following each workout, Marc Mueller will review and analyze your performance, including your power, heart rate, cadence and pedaling efficiency throughout the ride. Start now by scheduling a personal Performance Test to establish your training frame-of-reference.
