Why not apply the same kind of variety and intensity to your outdoor rides with PowerCycling - Road classes May - September? These road classes provide an ideal way to ride with purpose.

Using specific workouts, goals and analysis, you focus your training in a way that you probably don’t when you ride alone, with friends, or with a club. During these classes, like the camps, you’ll ride with a power meter to measure and improve your performance. In this class, you do a 2-3 hour coached ride, working with different aspects of cycling performance, including hill climbing and descending, intervals, sprinting, pace lines, and bike handling.

   
 

 

Following the class, we download your data and review it with you, one-on-one, to understand your ride, its strengths/weaknesses and areas for further development. By riding with a group and coach, you’ll begin to ride with even greater confidence.
