| |
You won’t find another class like this anywhere. Over the course of 2.5 hours, you’ll alternate between cycling-specific weight training and power-building indoor cycling. The weight training segments include a variety of movements that condition and strengthen the core, legs and upper body. The cycling segments include a variety of drills to build endurance, speed and strength.

“I’ve done this class for a couple of years now and it’s always paid off. When I was training for my first marathon last winter, I took this class and did three training runs a week. The cross training, plus the mental stamina of the class, helped me build the physical and mental endurance needed to do the marathon. As a result, I had a great experience.” |

By combining these two disciplines into a single, challenging workout, you create the ability to use bigger gears on your bike, produce more power, and ultimately ride faster with less effort. The long, challenging segments of weight lifting and riding simulate longer outdoor rides and races. You develop the mental stamina that will translate into better outdoor cycling performance.
